My family has a wonderful working experience with her. It all started in May 2021 when my sister decided to sell her house in Jersey City and considering to buy a retirement home. The biggest problem we had was who’s going to do the selling and buying of the house? Who is trustworthy to do it? We don’t know anyone. Luckily my cousin knows Ms. Robin Kenny and we were introduced to her. Through collaboration and team work with Mr. Augie Chiaravalloti, her counterpart from Jersey City the house was sold at a great price sooner than expected in August 2021. While in the process of selling the house in Jersey City, Robin was continuously looking for our retirement home. Finally after 7-8 months of waiting with Robin’s perseverance, patience and tireless effort finally the most awaited home came true. December 2021 we celebrated our first Christmas over here at the retirement home. Robin has an excellent vision on projecting the flow of the market. Had I not listened to her advice my house at Lincroft, NJ won’t be sold accordingly. I want to put it up in the market by May 2022 but she suggested it should sooner February or March. She explained to me that because of the untimely war between Ukraine & Russia and interest rate is going up that may cause to slow the market sooner or later. The house was put up in the market on 3/23/22, it was under contract on 3/27/22and it was sold on 5/25/22. She has an outstanding customer service in which clients trusted her fully like my family. I will highly recommend her to anyone who may need her services.

Although the work was mainly done by Ginny (main agent), Robin was instrumental in setting a good price for our home. I don't have the link to thank Ginny so extending this to her for her patience and follow through till completion of the sale. Thank you Ginny and Robin.

We were looking to close in February until it was decided that all parties wanted to close before the holiday season. That gave everyone a 20 business day window. A pivot like that takes the right people for the job and Robin was that person. She was able to get her clients prepared to help the transaction close before Christmas! We partnered with Robin in August, put the house on the market in October, had a buyer under contract by mid-November, and closed in early January. And as mentioned above, we got our asking price!
